Unit 2: Working as a Door Supervisor

- Search Procedures: Conducting lawful searches for drugs, weapons, and prohibited items.
- Incident Reporting: Managing incidents effectively and recording accurate reports.

Unit 3: Conflict Management for the Private Security Industry
In this unit, you will learn to recognise, manage, and resolve conflicts:

- Restraint Techniques: Practical training on restraining individuals safely.
- Post-Incident Procedures: What to do after physical intervention, including incident reporting and aftercare for the involved individuals.
